Lisbon, 4th April 2022 – Estoril Sol Digital, a company of the Estoril Sol Group licensed in casino games and sports betting, was once again recognized by Great Place to Work® Portugal as one of the ‘Best Workplaces in Portugal’ in category ‘Size up to 50 employees’, having been among the top three companies, the best rating ever.
This is the fourth time that Estoril Sol Digital is among the best workplaces in Portugal. The ranking follows a rigorous evaluation process based on a survey aimed at employees that measures the organizational environment and their experience in the following dimensions: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and companionship.
Among the good practices adopted by ESD over the period considered, we highlight the reinforcement of annual and monthly Team Building and Hangouts actions, with the aim of promoting interaction among colleagues and fostering team spirit; and the co-payment of the gym’s monthly fee to its employees.
