Lisbon, April 6, 2021 – Estoril Sol Digital, company part of the Estoril Sol Group licensed in casino games and sports betting, has just been distinguished by Great Place to Work® Portugal as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Portugal’ in ‘Dimension less than 100 employees’ and ‘General Ranking’ categories, occupying the sixth and 14th places respectively.
Estoril Sol Digital is also the winner of the Social Leadership Award, which distinguishes the differentiating practices in terms of human capital management, namely in terms of the “ethical, honest and competent leadership” of its employees. Among the main highlighted practices, there is the online ‘Welcome Pack’ and the ESC Online Anniversary, two aggregating initiatives aimed to team spirit, well-being and the motivation of its employees.
It is the third time that Estoril Sol Digital is within the best companies to work for in Portugal. The ranking follows a rigorous evaluation process based on a survey aimed towards the employees that measures, in a voluntary and confidential way, the quality of the work environment and Culture, a questionnaire addressed to the company with the goal of auditing its organizational culture at the level of people management / quality of the work environment.
