Estoril Sol Digital offers computers to Colégio de São Caetano in a solidarity initiative
The partnership between LIGA Portugal and Estoril Sol Digital allowed students at Colégio de São Caetano, in Braga, to receive 16 laptops for daily use, in order to facilitate access to technological tools that substantially improve the learning path of these young people and the associated academic progretion.
The purpose of the Colégio de São Caetano is to provide transitional care and comprehensive education for children and young people who are not part of the family or at risk until their family reintegration, their reintegration, and their full development or total autonomy.
The 16 computers offered by Estoril Sol Digital were just a part of the study and leisure materials donated to Colégio de São Caetano de Braga by Fundação do Futebol da LIGA Portugal, according to the needs indicated by the institution itself. All goods were acquired through fundraising in the various social actions held in the Final Four of the Allianz Cup, sponsored by ESC Online: Adept's Race, auction of balls and jerseys of the finalist clubs, and merchandising sales throughout the football week.
The delivery of materials was part of a special activity day at the Fundação do Futebol, a different morning for the students, which included a friendly game between employees of the Liga Portugal and the youngsters of the Colégio de São Caetano. Celebrated through the sponsorship of the ESC Online brand for the Taça ad Liga, the partnership with LIGA Portugal is part of Estoril Sol Digital's strategy of supporting sport and social responsibility, and allows support for solidarity projects from the Fundação do Futebol.
