Estoril Sol Digital Customer Service in the Top 3 of the Customer Centricity World Series Awards

The Customer Service from Estoril Sol Digital (ESD), a company of the Estoril Sol Group licensed in casino games, sports betting, and poker, is among the top three ranked in the Customer Centricity World Series, in two different categories: Customer Experience Team and Complaint Handling, receiving for this reason the recognition of Highly Commended. ESD is also among the finalists in the Customer Insight & Feedback VOC (Voice of Customer) category.

ESD Customer Service was included in the global list of 123 finalist companies, in a universe of 230 companies from 35 countries, having competed side by side with the North American media company Insider and the Brazilian and French telecom operators Vivo TM in the above mentioned categories.
